Ingredients

1 scoop Lemon Sherbet
1 tablespoon Vodka (good quality)

Instructions

Place Vodka in a nice, long stem wine or dessert glass. Top with scoop of sherbet.

Comments

This is the traditional dish found in all Swiss restaurants. It is unclear where the name comes from. The sherbet and vodka mix settles heavy meals nicely.
