out in Bay, also RPO car 41. Dorm 1203 teetering on sea wall. Both main
lines out. Engr Burns, Fireman Rake injured. Engr Strom hurt. 2 or
3 passengers slightly injured. Total 9 cars derailed.
No 3 out Spokane over GN to Snohomish then via NP to Black River
& Seattle
No 31 out Spokane vie MILW to Argo to Seattle
No 4 out Seattle via NP - Black River - NP to Snohomish & GN
Makeup No 32 (with rear 4 cars & added equipment out of Seattle
1005pm via MILW to Spokane)
No 359 to Edmonds and turned back as No 362
Passengers via bus Edmonds to Seattle and return
No 361 held at Edmonds - passengers via bus to Seattle
All freight service suspended
401-25 left at Everett Jct.
Interbay steam derrick called out SAP

No 357 terminated at Everett and No 360 originated Everett. Passengers
via bus both ways

No 32 handled normal route. -First train in 24 hours
Freight business normal. (401-25 arrived Interbay 630pm about 24
hours 30 minutes late)

Held 357 at Everett turned back as 360
Passengers via bus Everett-Seattle both ways
Eastward main track in service 645pm
RPO 41 rerailed 930pm
December 30 - Returned NP Derrick No 42 to NP - 2nd Avenus
