Pimmit Run Research (PRR) exercises no control over the content of the information passing through it. 2. PRR makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. PRR also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PRR will not be responsible for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions, or due to inadvertent release or disclosure of information sent by you. Capital Area INTERNET Service and all other services provided by PRR may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRR from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party or parties. 4. Any access to other networks connected to the Capital Area INTERNET Service must comply with the rules for that other network. Use of the Capital Area INTERNET Service may be for any lawful purpose. 5. Use of any information obtained via the Capital Area INTERNET Service is at your own risk. PRR specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. 6. The right to use the Capital Area INTERNET Service is not transferable. You can use no more than one login session per account at any time. If you have multiple accounts, you are limited to one login session per account at any time. 7. You certify you are at least 18 years of age. 8. PRR has the right to suspend service to you at any time, and for any reason, without notice. You will be notified as to the reason if the suspension will last more than 30 days. 9. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts are in default if payment is not received within 15 days after date of invoice. If your payment is returned to PRR, unpaid you are immediately in default and subject to a returned check charge of $25 from PRR. Accounts unpaid 30 days after date of invoice may have their service interrupted. Such interruption does not relieve you from the obligation to pay the monthly account charge. Only a written request to terminate your service relieves you of your obligation to pay the monthly account charge. Accounts in default are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or your state's legal maximum allowable rate. If you default, you agree to pay PRR its reasonable expenses, including attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing its rights under these Terms and Conditions. An act of default accelerates payments to be due immediately, as credit is no longer being extended. 10. Capital Area INTERNET Service and other services provided by PRR may be canceled in writing with 30 days notice with no penalty. Service terminated from the first through the 15th day of the month is subject to half the monthly charge. Service terminated from the 16th through the last day of the month is subject to the full monthly charge. 11. PRR has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored in your account if your account with PRRmxs terminated, for any reason, by either you or PRR. 12. Service is invoiced monthly. Service started from the first through the 15th day of the month is subject to the full monthly service charge. Service started from the 16th through the last day of the month is subject to half the monthly service charge. 13. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. PRR reserves the right to change rate and otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions by notifying you 30 days in advance of the effective date of the change. 14.
