Captain Joe Weedles

Cap'n Bill's brother. He was captain of the Brig Gladsome, but was lost when it was sunk in a storm at sea. Zog saved him and turned him into a gilled slave in his undersea palace, sewing buttons back on his clothes. After the demise of Zog, the other slaves elect Joe as the new king, because he is the only one without anything left to do.
