Zog

Zog is an undersea creature that is part man, part bird, part fish, part beast, and part reptile. He has a repulsive eel-like body, two broad, feathery wings, a horned head and glowing eyes. He is hated by all, incuding himself. For the 3642 years, 11 months, and 9 days since he was defeated by Anko and secluded himself in his carefully concealed palace, he has plotted how to get revenge. He decides to capture and destroy the Sea Fairies because they are friends of Anko, but in the end his scheme backfires.
