King of the Winged Monkeys

He is the chief of the Winged Monkeys who leads his troop into action when called by the wearer of the Magic Cap. After Dorothy captures the Magic Cap from the Wicked Witch of the West and summons the monkeys to help her and her friends, he explains how the monkeys came to be under the spell of this enchanted headpiece.
