A Wicked old, one-eyed Witch who lives in Jinxland. She is the leader of the witches who inhabit this land. King Krewl pays her to make evil spells and enchantments to carry out his cruelties and revenges. Googly-Goo hires her to kill Gloria's love for Pon, which she does by freezing the young girl's heart. Her evil ways catch up with her when the Scarecrow uses magical powders to shrink her and remove her ability to practice magic.
