Bumpy Man

A man who lives on top of a mountain in the Land of Mo who has bumps all over his body. He was born with the bumps and believes they are a gift from the fairies. He wears an old grey, ill-fitting suit and eats molasses candy. He serves the mountain he lives on by telling it what is going on.
