Tottenhots

A tribe of fun-loving night people who live in the Quadling Country in a collection of houses that look like large overturned kettles with hatches on top. They are small, dusky people with scarlet colored hair that stands straight up like wires. They wear skins around the waist for clothing and have bracelets on their ankles and wrists, necklaces, and large pendant earrings. Dorothy, Ojo, and their friends encounter these people while on the way to find water from a dark well, and spend the night in one of their homes.
