Canary

When Polychrome, in one of her larks off the Rainbow, falls asleep near Yoop Castle, Mrs. Yoop transforms her into a canary. She is placed in a golden, diamond-encrusted cage which is kept in Mrs. Yoop's bedroom. Mrs. Yoop thought the canary would be an entertaining addition to her household, but Polychrome was not content with being transformed into a canary, so she refused to talk or sing.
