Royal Gardener of the Rose Kingdom

A little man dressed in rose colored clothes with ribbons at his knees and elbows and in his hair. He has small twinkling eyes, sharp nose, and his face is lined and puckered. He forces Betsy Bobbin, Hank, the Rose Princess, and the Shaggy Man out of the Rose Kingdom.
