Chief of the Whimsies

Leader of the Whimsies. He has blue hair, green eyes, a turned up nose, a mouth that stretches half across his face, and two holes in his chin to see through. Guph promises him that by the power of the Magic Belt the Whimsies will receive natural heads as big as their false ones if they will join in the attack on the Emerald City --- a proposal to which these evil but dim-witted creatures readily agree.
