Prince of Mangaboo

A Mangaboo of the royal family who rules the Glass City when Dorothy and her friends arrive. Since he says he will destroy Dorothy and her friends, they pick his sister from the Royal Bush, whereupon she becomes the new ruler. Also referred to as the Man with the Star because whomever is the current ruler wears a star on his/her forehead.
