Pet bear of the Queen of the Quilties. He was considered a suitable pet because the queens were expected to be cross and bears also had a reputation for being disagreeable. He became attached to Scraps during her stay in Patch and traveled to the Emerald City with her to live when Scraps escaped the role of Queen of Patch.
