Quox

A young dragon selected by the Great Jinjin to carry Betsy Bobbin and her friends back through the Hollow Tube to the Land of Oz, and serve as his Instrument of Vengence against Ruggedo. Quox is sky blue with silver scales, and is 3056 years old. He has a pink ribbon and a pearl chain with a gold locket around his neck The pink ribbon is enchanted by the Great Jinjin so when Ruggedo sees it he will lose all knowledge of magic. The gold locket contains six eggs which drive Ruggedo from his underground dominions and force him to roam the surface of the earth forever. Betsy and her friends ride on his back through the Tube to the other side of the world.
