The Great Jinjin. He was elected as the ruler of the fairyland at the other end of the Hollow Tube since he had no duties to perform for mankind. He possesses great powers of reason and judgement, but has no heart, and thus his judgements cannot be tempered by mercy. In the land he rules, all the citizens are Kings and Queens.
