Tititi-Hoochoo

The Great Jinjin. Also known as the Private Citizen. He has no heart, but does have a high degree of reason and justice. He has a beautiful face, black hair, and black eyes that glowed red sparks. He wears a sleeveless, knee length white robe which is embroidered with a dreadful dragon's head. He has one yellow and one green arm, one blue and one pink leg, and black feet.
