Tubekins

The keeper of the grounds around the entrance to the Hollow Tube. He is also known as the Peculiar Person. Queen Ann Soforth lands on his head when she exits the Tube. Tubekins took Betsy Bobbin and her friends to see the Private Citizen. Tubekins looks like the Private Citizen, except his eyes are blue and his robe is scarlet.
