Ozga

A princess of the Rose Kingdom. She is picked by Betsy Bobbin and Shaggy Man, but then is driven from the Kingdom since the Roses refuse to be ruled by a girl. Once she leaves the Rose Kingdom she becomes a mere mortal, and accompanies Betsy and her friends on their quest to rescue the Shaggy Man's brother. She settles in Oogaboo at the successful conclusion to the quest.
