Ruggedo

Originally known as Roquat, the Nome King, Monarch of Metals and Precious Stones of the Underground World. After drinking the Water of Oblivion he forgot his name and had to take a new one. That is how he became to be known as Ruggedo. He was later deprived of all his powers by the Great Jinjin's Instrument of Vengence.
