Ann Soforth

The Queen of the Oogaboos. (See Jol J. Soforth.) She is very ambitious and not at all satisfied with being queen of such a small and poor kingdom, so she forms an army to conquer the Emerald City. Before she can accomplish this she joins with Betsy Bobbin and her friends to conquer Ruggedo.
