Flutterbudgets

A people in a remote part of the Land of Oz who are noted for leaping to the worst conclusion in any situation. They are full of foolish fears and meaningless worries, and seem to begin any statement with "if". The home of the Flutterbudgets is called Flutterbudget Center.
