Miss Cuttenclip

Queen of Cuttenclip Land. She created this land with paper dolls and a paper village which are cut from magical paper supplied by Glinda the Good. The paper dolls come to life after being cut from this paper. Fortunately for the Cuttenclips Glinda keeps the rain and wind away from this land.
