Son of Evoldo the Cruel, King of Ev. Evardo became King Evardo XV after the suicide of his father and the rescue of himself and the rest of the royal family by Dorothy and Billina from the Nome King's underground Palace. He was 15 years old, had 15 silver buckles on his jacket and was the 15th Evardo to rule the Land of Ev.
