Loons

Round, rubber ball shaped people who live in Loonville.. They are grey in color with with a hairless, unclothed body, and painted purple spots for eyes. They have the unfortunate tendency to puff themselves up with conceit or self-importance until they pop like a balloon. Afterwards, they are repaired and re-inflated back to a somewhat smaller size. Over time, these creatures develop wart-like features due to their many repairs.
