Trick River

This is a section of the river which flows from the Quadling Country in the south, through the Winkie Country. This section is so named because its very strong current constantly reverses itself. Dorothy, Ojo, and their companions plan to raft this river for a quick and easy passage to the Scarecrow's Home, but are unable to make any headway as they drift back and forth past the same locations. Finally, Ojo manages to hook a large fish traveling in the right direction and it helps them overcome the reverse currents until they can work their way out of this tricky section of the river.
