Magic Picture

A very special device that Ozma can use to view anything, anywhere, at anytime. Until Dorothy moved permanently to the Land of Oz, everyday at 4 PM Ozma would look at the Magic Picture to see what Dorothy was doing (where ever she was), and if Dorothy gave a special sign, Ozma would use the Magic Belt to transport Dorothy to her.
