Bubble Machine

The Wizard of Oz invented a bubble machine and uses it to blow giant bubbles to amuse everyone at Ozma's Birthday Celebration. He uses the bubbles to send the Oz visitors back to their homes after the party; all except Toto and Dorothy, whom Ozma sends home to Kansas by use of the Magic Belt.
