A walled city in Winkie Country which lies to the west of the Merry-Go-Round Mountains. This city is home to the Thists. Dorothy and her friends initially have difficulty reaching this city because the land around it turns, confusing the travelers on which direction they are going. Then they have trouble entering the city because they cannot find any gate in the walls of the city. Eventually they discover the walls are only an illusion.
