Silence Stone

A magic emerald that Peter used to strike the Gnome King dumb to save Ozma and the people of Oz from being sent to the bottom of the Nonestic Ocean. It was originally used by the ancient Emperors of Oz to keep their wives quiet in time of war. The emerald causes whomever it touches on the head to be silent for seven years. Peter found it in the Magic Casket.
