This is a great ledger belonging to Glinda the Good that chronicles all the events that occur everywhere as they occur. Glinda reviews this record to see if there is anyone in need of her assistance or to get warning of any wicked deeds or plans. Since it only records the activities of people, Ruggedo's plans (in The Magic of Oz) to escape detection by being transformed into an animal. (This book is also known as the Magic Book.)
